After receiving your order, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days.

Return conditions:

• The product must be unused
• Must be sent in its original packaging

Due to hygiene regulations, returns are not accepted for opened or used temporary tattoos.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for custom (personalized) products.
